Netspend Online Banking uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal information, such as user IDs, passwords, and Card account information, when transmitted over the internet. Any information we provide is scrambled en route and decoded once it reaches your browser. Enroll in Netspend Online Banking. Submitting forms online

Information you provide via electronic forms on the Netspend website is secure and encrypted in most instances. We advise that you always check that your web session is secure. One method is to look for the small lock symbol that usually appears in the lower corner of your web browser window or next to the URL in the address bar. Current versions of most web browsers use this symbol to indicate when a web page is encrypted for transmission. Or, look for the letters “https://” at the beginning of the website URL in your web browser. The ‘s’ in ‘https’ means the web connection is more secure.

Sending e-Mail to Netspend

E-mail sent within the Netspend.com website when you use the ‘Secure Inbox’ is designed to be secure. However, e-mail you send to us through other means may not be secure – unless we advise you that security measures are in place prior to your transmitting the message. Therefore, DO NOT send confidential information, such as Social Security or Card account numbers to us via unsecured e-mail. Such communications should be sent to us via the ‘Secure Inbox,’ or you may call (1-866-387-7363).
